Position Title: Community Liaison / Account Manager

This role is essential for fostering relationships within the healthcare community. The Community Liaison / Account Manager will engage directly with various facilities, building connections that drive referrals and enhance the agency's presence. Daily responsibilities include networking, attending events, and maintaining relationships with referral partners. The ideal candidate will thrive in an in-person marketing environment, as online marketing is not a focus. Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 / Year DOE

Community Liaison / Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities
• Engage with case managers, discharge planners, and social workers
• Attend networking events and coordinate small presentations
• Track referrals using the company's CRM
• Conduct some email marketing to support outreach efforts
• Facilitate ongoing relationship management to foster referrals
• Travel within Contra Costa County and Alameda County

Community Liaison / Account Manager Requirements:

• 2 – 5+ years of experience in a marketing position
• Health care industry experience required
• Reliable vehicle is required
• Home healthcare experience is preferred
• Degree in marketing or health care management is preferred
