Benefits Competitive Compensation – targeted first year annual compensation of $52,000–$54,000 with an average 45‑hour work week. Paid Time Off: 20 days per year, including 6 paid holidays. Responsibilities As a Management Trainee you will start learning the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In the structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and will also go into the community to build relationships essential to building your own business. You will learn how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and always put customers first within a culture of friendly competition critical to business growth and your success. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required. Must have one year of cumulative experience in the last five years in sales (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry) or leadership in military, athletics/team activities, or academic organizations. Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the last three years). No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past three years. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future. Must be at least 18 years old. Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.
