As a valued speech-language pathologist, your expertise will help students communicate and learn more effectively. Responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized IEP goals
• Providing direct therapy in individual and group settings
• Collaborating closely with teachers, other school professionals, and families for optimal student outcomes
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and participating actively in IEP meetings
• Adjusting intervention strategies based on student progress

What we're looking for:

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred
• Active Michigan SLP certification is required
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
