Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals that are customized for each student’s unique requirements.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services individually and in groups within a school setting.
• Partner closely with educators, families, and support staff to ensure holistic student development.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation; actively participate in IEP meetings.
• Regularly track student progress and refine intervention strategies as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid and active Michigan SLP certification required.
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening required.
