FULFILLMENT RECRUITER — LEADERSHIP HIRING (HYBRID)

Are you a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments? Do you know how to find strong operations leaders — not just wait for them to apply? iDrive Fulfillment is growing across four states and we need a sharp, driven recruiter to help us build the leadership teams that make it all run.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS ABOUT

This is a dedicated leadership recruiting role. You will focus exclusively on filling mid to senior-level operations positions — from Area Manager up to General Manager — across all four of our fulfillment centers.

You will be the first conversation a candidate has with iDrive. That means you need to represent us well, assess talent quickly, and know the difference between someone who looks good on paper and someone who can actually run a fulfillment operation.

Speed matters here. We are growing and open leadership roles slow us down. Your job is to make sure that doesn't happen.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the full recruiting cycle for leadership roles — from intake to offer — across all four sites

• Pre-screen candidates with sharp judgment — you know what strong operations leadership looks like and you don't advance the wrong people

• Conduct structured interviews that go beyond the resume and assess real capability, accountability, and fit

• Understand what each team actually needs — you sit down with hiring managers, ask the right questions, and source with that context in mind

• Source proactively on LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and through referrals — you build the pipeline, you don't wait for it

• Keep every search moving — no role sits idle, no candidate goes without follow-up, no hiring manager is left wondering

• Report weekly to the HR Director on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and what each search needs to close

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience — fulfillment, warehouse, distribution, e-commerce, or 3PL strongly preferred

• You have filled leadership roles before — Area Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, Plant Manager — and you understand what that search requires

• You pre-screen with purpose — you ask real questions and you make decisive calls

• You are organized, responsive, and consistent — candidates hear back from you, hiring managers always know where their search stands

• You can manage multiple open roles across multiple locations without losing urgency on any of them

• Familiar with ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus

• Must be local to Salt Lake City — hybrid schedule,

HYBRID SCHEDULE

• Onsite Monday, Wednesday, at our Salt Lake City site — 2420 W 2950 N, Suite 1

• First 60 days 2 days onsite — remote flexibility is earned through demonstrated results

• Weekly pipeline review with the HR Director, onsite
