We are looking for a hands‑on and motivated Production Supervisor to join our growing food manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems on the floor, and making sure production runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently. About the Role As Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily production activities, support your team on the floor, and ensure we consistently meet our quality, safety, and output targets. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running on time while maintaining high food safety standards. Responsibilities Supervise daily production operations and team performance. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always followed (GMP/HACCP). Monitor production schedules, output, and efficiency. Troubleshoot issues and reduce downtime on the line. Support training and development of production staff. Work closely with quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Enforce sanitation, hygiene, and housekeeping standards. Train, coach, and support production team members. Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Skills Operations Manufacturing Production Control Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Experienced Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment. Ability to stay calm and solve problems in a fast‑paced setting. Good understanding of food safety and workplace standards. A team‑focused, hands‑on approach.
