Employment Specialist

We are looking for Employment Specialist-Recruiters to join our team on the west side of Indianapolis or in the Lebanon, Indiana area. We have 2 offices located on the west side of Indianapolis and Lebanon. A successful Employment Specialist/Recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and assist with hiring needs. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline; and building relationship with clients who use Express for staffing. Since 1995 our Indianapolis office has been a leader in the industry and is one of the top offices in the entire company with over $20 million in sales. $45-50k salary depending on experience, + uncapped commission Excellent Benefit package: Medical, Dental, PTO, 401K and Profit Sharing Responsibilities Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Source and recruit candidates by using recruiting databases, ATS, social media etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships Build influential relationships with hiring managers and manage key accounts. Qualifications Passionate about building and maintaining relationships. Proven history of meeting deadlines and reaching clearly set goals. Capabilities to problem solve, multi-task and communicate effectively Ideal candidate has sales, inside sales and/or recruiting experience. Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals in previous roles. Proven ability to thrive in a results-driven environment, exceeding goals.
