Agentic ML Engineer

We are seeking an agentic focussed ML Engineer to build the core agent intelligence layer for a heavily funded team of Google Brain alumni building the Claude code of industrial engineering. Whilst early stage, the team have already built a customer base including Tesla, Amazon and Meta and are scaling on the back of their Series A. You'll work on full loop agentic systems, building LLM based agents that perform real world actions, from defining what the agent should be capable of, benchmarking, setting and enforcing token budgets, and defining and expanding agent workflows. We are seeking an Agentic ML Engineer with: Production experience building LLM based agents. It is essential you have built the agents themselves, rather than building the supporting workflows and systems (although this is also very valuable if you have worked full loop) Experience building agents that take actions in real world environments, that can call tools, manage state across multiple tasks, operate under cost constraint and deal with failures Knowledge of associated architecture, from prompt engineering and model selection to retrieval strategies, evaluation frameworks and orchestration patterns Compensation: Base salaries in line with Seed/Series A SF teams, with strong equity upside with a few to attracting those wanting to generate wealth through company success #J-18808-Ljbffr
