ML Engineer

We're looking for an ML engineer to push the boundaries of what our supply chain agents can do. You'll design and build the AI systems that autonomously scout suppliers, model costs, assess risk, and optimize sourcing decisions across complex global supply chains. Compensation range for this role is $180,000 - $240,000 + equity. What you'll do: Design and implement agent architectures that reason over supply chain data, supplier databases, and market signals Build and refine LLM pipelines: prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, and evaluation Develop robust evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy, reliability, and cost-effectiveness Optimize inference latency and cost across multiple model providers Collaborate with domain experts to encode supply chain heuristics into agent behavior You may be a good fit if you: Have 3+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering roles Have hands‑on experience building production systems with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, open-source models) Are comfortable with Python and ML tooling (PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar) Understand retrieval systems, embeddings, and vector databases Are rigorous about evaluation, and you measure before you optimize Are excited about applying AI to real-world industrial problems, not just benchmarks #J-18808-Ljbffr
