Overview The Coordinator will primarily oversee the product development of Paramount Skydance's growing Consumer Packaged Goods, Consumables, Pet, Beauty and QSR businesses. This role will deliver a myriad of support across the team and be able to work across multiple internal cross-functional teams at Paramount. The Coordinator will also support our growth strategy by managing product development, marketing, new partner support, sales presentations/pitches, contract administration and coordinate quarterly revenue forecasting across a diverse roster of amazing brands, partners and categories. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the many facets of the Consumer Products and entertainment licensing industry. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.

- Manage day-to-day category operations, including line list, contract status, and partner management
- Oversee the internal review and execution of product development: monitor progress of work, identify risks to the delivery, and implement timely resolution to ensure optimal consumer and property relevant product innovation
- Help schedule meetings, set agendas, and provide concise summaries for internal communication
- Work seamlessly with internal departments, such as Franchise, Creative, Legal, International, Retail Development, Digital and Retail Marketing to deliver transparency and ensure timely development and execution of products and business initiatives
- Assist in the development of annual and quarterly revenue forecasts by collecting budget and sales information from licensees; analyzing numbers; and developing response plans
- Conduct periodic market tours and competitive assessments, compile findings and make recommendations with fact-based support. Be aware of industry trends
- Provide support by compiling relevant materials for internal and external presentations including property overview presentations, category success stories, ratings, press stories, etc. to keep our business top of mind and fuel retail success
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year work experience
- Exemplary oral, written, and communication skills
- Proven organizational and follow-up capabilities
- Driven individual that takes ownership; defines roles broadly; and is interested to learn and develop
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to think strategically
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
