Transactional Real Estate Attorney

A major transportation corporation seeks a PART TIME commercial real estate attorney.  Work is 20-30 hours/week. Position is approved for 3-6 months in duration. Work is fully REMOTE.  Position requires (a) 7+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience, including exposure to leasing, easements, development, funding, purchase and sale; (b) experience working in a corporate environment; and (c) an active license. Position includes comprehensive benefits (insurance, 401K, etc).

salary: $145 - $150 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 12 PM
education: Doctoral

Responsibilities

Provide counsel on transactional real estate matters, such as leasing, easements, development, funding, purchase and sales.
