Radiology Support Specialist: Patient Care & Exams

Role Overview The Radiology Clinical Facilitator performs a wide variety of routine duties, including clerical, technical, and patient-related functions. This role assists members of the patient care team and provides a broad range of health care services. Key Responsibilities Patient check‑in Exam review Preparation for the visit Patient education Assistance with exams and procedures Patient transporting The Facilitator is trained to use a wide variety of computer systems and may be assigned to work in various imaging sections, assisting multiple radiology modalities and/or clinical services per operational needs. Must be able to resolve conflict and endure the pressures associated with a high volume and changing work environment. Will assist adults, geriatric, adolescents, and pediatric age groups and perform patient assessment within the scope of practice. Exams may be performed in various radiology imaging sections and at a variety of clinical sites. #J-18808-Ljbffr
