Entry-Level General Laborer / Retail Order Packer

Looking for an immediate start with great pay? We are hiring an entry-level General Laborer / Retail Order Packer to join our team. No experience or interview requiredyou can go in and start immediately! This position is a perfect fit for individuals with a background in general labor, warehouse environments, or manufacturing. If you have cashier experience, fast food experience, or are a new grad looking to build your resume, your skills are a plus, but absolutely not required. We will train you on everything you need to know. A background check is required for this role; however, no drug screen is required.

Responsibilities Include:

• Picking, packing, and sorting retail items efficiently according to order invoices.
• Preparing packages securely for shipment and handling merchandise with care.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Assisting with general labor tasks around the facility to keep operations running smoothly.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily inventory and shipping targets.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a background check (no drug screen required).
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift light to moderate packages throughout the shift.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility is welcomed but not required.
• Customer-facing experience (such as cashier experience or fast food roles) is a plus, though we are happy to train anyone eager to learn.
