Because we believe that quality services should be available and accessible to all, regardless of an individual's circumstances, Damar Health Services opened with the mission to provide innovative and effective healthcare services in and to communities of greatest need.Damar has a great opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider to be part of a multi-disciplinary team, in an integrated care setting that offers complete patient care, and the opportunity to collaborate with psychiatrists, clinicians, physicians, nursing staff, and community health workers. The Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare to Damar Health Services' patients both at the health clinic and on the residential campus. This provider is comfortable assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients of all ages and abilities. The Advanced Practice Provider is also skilled at managing a wide-variety of medications and is comfortable with collaborating with both internal and external providers.The APP will see patients at Damar Health Services Clinic, located at 2000 Wernle Rd. in Richmond, IN.
