Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our mental health team within a fast-paced institutional/correctional facility. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting psychological screenings, comprehensive assessments, and clinical evaluations. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team-including psychiatrists, physicians, and social workers-to develop and monitor effective treatment plans and provide crisis intervention when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological screenings and evaluations based on clinical interviews and record reviews.
- Provide individual treatment and immediate crisis intervention to patients.
- Collaborate with mental health teams to implement and monitor treatment effectiveness.
- Perform program evaluations and provide consultation to staff members.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with institutional standards.
- Education: Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
- License: Must possess an active and unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state of Kansas.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Specialized Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a comparable institutional or correctional role is required.
- Competitive Salary: $165,000 - $175,000 per year.
