Nurse Practitioner (NP/FNP)32‑Hour Contract | Chicago, IL | Family Medicine
OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP/FNP) to provide family medicine care to a diverse patient population in Chicago, IL . This contract role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to care for patients aged 2 and older . Spanish proficiency is highly valued, and candidates with DOT certification are a plus.
Required Qualifications- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Internal Medicine Family Practice Med‑Ped
- Valid license/certification in ANY of the following: Nurse Practitioner (NP) Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Experience with EMR systems (including TruChart EHR or other EMRs)
- Full proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish
- DOT certification (preferred but not required)
- Provide family medicine care to patients aged 2 and older
- Deliver clinical services during scheduled shifts
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and support patient wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure high‑quality patient care
32 hours per week
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM OR
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
