Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Fast growing IT firm in Memphis seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a medium-sized warehouse team of 6-15 people. This role requires effective communication with the regional manager through daily check-ins and weekly updates to ensure timelines and accuracy are met. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for team leadership, inventory management using a custom in-house ERP system, and compliance monitoring in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a warehouse team of 6-15 personnel
Manage inventory and shipping/receiving processes
Use custom ERP and Inventory Management systems for operational tracking
Communicate effectively via email and phone with team and regional manager
Monitor compliance with safety and operational standards
Coordinate loading and unloading activities
Provide regular reporting and updates to regional management

Required Qualifications

2+ years supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse
2+ years shipping and receiving experience
Proven track record leading teams effectively
Strong computer skills, including ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Experience with CRM and Inventory Management portals
Able to lift 35 lbs continuously throughout the workday
Willingness to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years warehouse supervision experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with warehouse management, shipping, and receiving
Advanced skills with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Experience loading/unloading and driving 16ft–26ft box trucks

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with possible overtime
