Restaurant Server Manager- Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan | Full-Time, On-Site
$70,000–$80,000 | $4,000 Healthcare Stipend | Closed Sunday & Monday
Are you a strong restaurant leader who knows how to build a great service team, develop people, and hold high standards?
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Server Manager to lead approximately 25 servers within a unique full-service restaurant and private events environment.
What We Offer

What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop the server team
- Lead pre-shift meetings and drive excellent service
- Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable
- Recognize great performance and address issues when needed
- Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and food safety
- Handle guest concerns and support the team during busy shifts
- Oversee cash-outs, closing procedures, and service execution
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage experience
- Strong full-service restaurant leadership experience
- Proven ability to train and develop employees
- Confident leader who is comfortable with accountability and difficult conversations
- Hands-on, lead-by-example management style
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Toast POS experience is a plus
A Schedule That Stands Out
The restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday. The Server Manager closes Friday night, works one additional evening until approximately 9:00 p.m., with flexibility throughout the remainder of the week.
