Registered Nurse Emergency Room

$2105.28/week –

Job Summary:

Provides comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Supervises and directs nursing staff while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival, ensuring timely interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and clinical protocols.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing staff to maintain efficient ED operations.
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and support staff to deliver seamless patient care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, procedures, and post-discharge care.
• Document all patient interactions, interventions, and outcomes accurately in compliance with policies.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
• Have at least two years of recent experience in emergency or acute care nursing.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC electronic health records system.
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt quickly to high-stakes situations.
