This is a face-to-face, people-first role where no two days are the same. What You’ll Be Doing Driving new business development through live events and promotional campaigns Engaging with customers face-to-face to generate leads and sales opportunities Representing brands with confidence at events, pop-ups, and activations Building and maintaining client and customer relationships Delivering impactful sales pitches and product presentations Working toward and exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics Collaborating with team members to maximize campaign results Skills & Experience Business Development / Sales / Lead Generation Customer Acquisition & Prospecting Client Relationship Management (CRM) / Account Management Face-to-Face Sales / Field Sales / Events Experience Communication Skills (Verbal, Interpersonal, Public-Facing) Sales Presentations, Pitching & Negotiation Closing Sales & Objection Handling Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Service Background Target-Driven / KPI-Focused Performance Teamwork & Cross-Functional Collaboration Time Management & Organizational Skills Adaptability & Problem Solving in Fast-Paced Environments (No prior business development experience required—full training provided.)
