Primary Responsibilities Project Coordinator Work directly with the Project Management team to assist in managing projects. As a project coordinator you would be involved in the project from concept design through commissioning and final buyoff at customer site. Below are tasks you would be involved in as a project coordinator: Initial project set up: Budget set up, timelines and open issues Meeting preparation: Schedule meetings and update open issues Attend weekly mechanical design review meetings Release engineering designs Maintain project timelines Participate in financial reviewsParticipate in internal and external buyoffs Requirements Education/Skills/Experience Required Project Coordinator Working experience in one of the following: Hands on mechanical machine assembly Mechanical Design Engineering Education in a field related to manufacturing or mechanical design Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel Able to communicate clearly both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively support and work well with people from different disciplines #J-18808-Ljbffr HTI Cybernetics, Inc.
