About the Role:
Able Rehab Staffing LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team in Denver, CO - You select the coverage area that works for you! No minimum visit requirement and full autonomy over your desired coverage area!
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives while working with a supportive and dedicated rehabilitation staffing organization. If you're driven by helping others regain independence and improve their quality of life, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and home modification strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Colorado state OT license
- CPR/BLS certification required
