Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, coding, and payer requirements
• Collaborate with field sales and account management teams as access and reimbursement expert
• Conduct on-site support with healthcare providers up to 50% of time to assess education needs
• Proactively identify and address patient access barriers using data and account management skills
• Build relationships with managed care colleagues and maintain knowledge of coverage policy changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience in reimbursement or account management
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and payer systems
• Strong analytical skills with ability to manage complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Current knowledge of product coverage, coding requirements, and healthcare market dynamics
• MBA or MPH preferred
