CORE: is a highly curated members-only club spanning the top four floors of 711 Fifth Avenue, home to six distinct culinary offerings - a flagship restaurant, a sushi kitchen, a wraparound terrace, a speakeasy, a culinary lab hosting guest chefs from around the world, and private dining and meeting rooms. Our culinary team, steeped in Michelin-starred pedigree, celebrates ethically farmed, impeccably sourced ingredients across every space.

What We Are Looking For

At CORE: New York, we seek thoughtful, dynamic individuals who are passionate about creating meaningful experiences for our Members and guests. We are currently seeking an accomplished Fine Dining Server to join our world, and we invite you to submit your resume for consideration. • Prior fine dining experience
• A strong sense of presence, emotional intelligence, and an eye for detail
• Individuals who lead with kindness, thoughtfulness, and respect, and who value a collective performance

Responsibilities

• Guide Members and guests through their meal with warm, attentive hospitality
• Maintain complete command of culinary and beverage menus, including ingredients, sides, presentation, and allergens
• Take Member and guest food and beverage orders, using salesmanship to make recommendations and upsell when appropriate
• Resolve guest concerns by finding a way to say yes, involving the Manager on Duty as needed
• Anticipate and fulfill a wide range of Member and guest needs, both food and beverage and beyond
• Execute proper steps of service, including table maintenance and resetting, with efficiency, speed, and grace
• Perform all routine and assigned opening, closing, and side work
• Provide attentive, professional, and welcoming service to an assigned section, assisting coworkers in other sections as needed
• Uphold the team's high standards of service, cleanliness, and appearance
• Champion excellence through service and world-class hospitality
• Champion the values, mission, and standards of CORE: New York
