Assistant Property Manager

We're looking for a dependable and energetic Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team in Milwaukee, WI. This position plays an important role in supporting the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, leasing, resident relations, and administrative responsibilities. Welcome prospective residents and conduct property tours. Manage leasing inquiries and follow up with prospective applicants. Prepare leases, process applications, and coordinate move-ins. Deliver outstanding customer service to current and future residents. Respond to phone calls, emails, and resident requests in a timely, professional manner. Assist with rent collections and resident account follow-up. Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with service vendors. Maintain organized resident files and accurate property records. Assist with inspections, reporting, and general office administration. Help plan and support resident events and community engagement activities. What We're Looking For: Minimum of 2 years of college coursework required (Associate's degree or higher preferred). Previous experience in property management, leasing, customer service, or an administrative role is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software systems. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative team mindset. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
