Candy Packer – Full Time Location: Womelsdorf, PA. About the Role The Candy Packer supports the production team, driving initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant. Responsibilities include operating food manufacturing processing equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining facility/housing area housekeeping in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices, following work instructions to ensure food safety and quality, and reporting safety, food safety, or quality issues. Responsibilities Run food manufacturing processing equipment safely and efficiently. Perform facility/work area housekeeping duties per Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies. Follow work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality. Identify and report employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues. Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing environment, food manufacturing preferred. Demonstrated ability to follow instructions/process documents and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed. Working Hours Full‑time permanent role; shift 6:45AM to 3:15PM, rotating days/weeks. Compensation Competitive pay at $21 per hour plus shift differential.
