Requirements We are looking to bring on an experienced SMT Operator. This role will require previous SMT production experience, computer literacy and a mechanical inclination. If you are tech savvy and looking for a career to put it to work, this could be the position for you!
As an SMT Operator, you will be responsible for collecting and loading the correct parts onto the placement machine, and selecting the correct program to produce circuit boards as per procedures and documentation. You will be required to monitor, and spot check the process, and be able to successfully troubleshoot any deviations. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently but within in a team environment and has a high level of attention to detail and quality. The physical demands of this position described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and visualize very small parts. The employee is occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms.
