Seeking a strong, reliable Carpet/Rug Binder Operator with warehouse duties when needed to help maintain, grow, and enhance our in-store experience in a fast-paced environment using a strong work ethic. Job includes daily binding needs- Experience with flooring binding machine required. Possible wage increase after 90 days!

Job Responsibilities:
· Complete binding needs for store and customer orders (main duty)

· Receive, manage, and organize incoming product and orders as needed

· Pack and prepare product for shipment, customer orders, and transfers

· Label and stockpile product according to size, shape, and type

· Operate adequate merchandise tools (such as forklift, measuring tape, cutting knife, industrial ladders)

· Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items

· Enter data in our personalize inventory program

Job Requirements:
· Valid Driver’s License/ID

· Previous working experience with a flooring binding machine and in warehouse

· Must be able to lift min. 50 lbs and have evenings and weekend availability

· Forklift Operation Certification (preferred but not required)

· Basic technology and math skills for computer use and calculations

· Problem solver and Team player

Operating in 15 Flooring Superstores serving Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, South Jersey and South Carolina, we are seeking talented, highly energized, and experienced people to join our team! Familiarity with floor covering preferred, but we will train the right person.
