We're an award-winning, $4M+ casual fine dining restaurant in Newport Beach, and we're looking for a Kitchen Manager who leads with heart, runs a tight kitchen, and is hungry to grow.
This isn't just a job — it's a seat at the table as we expand into new locations, with a clear path to a Corporate Kitchen Manager role overseeing multiple units.

What You'll Own
- Run daily kitchen operations and keep food quality consistently excellent
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen crew
- Partner closely with the GM and FOH team for seamless, guest-first service
- Control food costs, manage inventory, and keep product rotation tight
- Keep equipment, facilities, and grounds running smoothly
- Stay sharp on OSHA, health & safety, and employment law compliance
- Own your P&L — smart cost control, inventory management, and labor optimization
- Coach your team through evaluations, scheduling, and ongoing development
- Champion food safety and a guest-obsessed dining experience
What You Bring
- Proven track record managing kitchen operations and food costs
- A natural at building, training, and developing strong teams
- Deep knowledge of kitchen management and sanitation best practices
- Sharp inventory management and scheduling skills
- Strong communication and leadership presence
- Comfortable with Toast POS and kitchen touchscreen systems
- Energy, passion, and a genuine drive to deliver exceptional guest experiences
