Behavioral Health Case Manager - Crisis & Care Coordination

CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Care Manager in North Carolina to apply advanced clinical judgment in assessing members, coordinating care with providers, and guiding psychosocial services to promote effective, cost‑efficient outcomes. A state license (LMHC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, LMSW or LPC) and 3+ years of direct behavioral health experience are required.
