VP, Field Marketing

Automation Anywhere is the leader in Agentic Process Automation (APA) and we are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Field Marketing to lead and scale our global field organization. Responsibilities Lead and grow the field marketing organization, scaling a world‑class team that drives regional and segment‑specific growth. Own aggressive pipeline and bookings targets with sales; design programs that deliver measurable ROI and accelerate deal velocity and size. Act as a trusted partner to sales leadership, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and execution strategies. Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and position solutions that meet their needs, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Leverage solutions marketing expertise to bring the voice of the customer back to headquarters and propose solutions, product offerings, and region‑specific initiatives. Provide feedback to global marketing on overall campaign needs, influence global campaign development, and set up localization frameworks to resonate with regional audiences. Integrate marketing holistically across channels—including digital, partnership, events, PR/AR, and account‑based marketing—to optimize the marketing mix by region. Use analytics and insights to optimize programs, forecast impact, and continuously improve performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 15+ years in B2B marketing with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing field marketing in a high‑growth SaaS environment. Exceptional ability to build, inspire, and lead high‑performing teams across geographies. Proven success in driving double‑digit growth in pipeline and bookings through field marketing initiatives. Strong data‑driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics and ROI measurement. Skilled at engaging with enterprise customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions. Background in solutions product marketing strongly preferred. Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Collaborative team player with a “can do” attitude, decisive, agile, and iterative. Professional, friendly, enthusiastic personality with strong presentation skills. Organized and programmatic thinker able to develop campaign recommendations and plans. Key Competencies Data‑driven decision making and effective analytics use. Compensation and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $290,000 – $320,000 per year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, aligned with market data and other factors.
