About the Role:

Solar Safe Pool Covers is a small, family-owned company that makes and installs custom pool covers for Arizona homeowners. We're growing, and we're looking for someone who can be the voice of that growth: the first person most customers talk to, and the reason they decide to move forward.

This is a consultative inside sales support role to help our estimators sell more pool covers. You'll take inbound calls, follow up with leads, schedule estimates for our field team, and guide customers through our process from first contact through to a signed order. You won't be reading from a script. You'll be learning what each customer actually needs and helping them get there. As part of a small team, the right person will have influence over how this role evolves and how the company operates.

What you'll do:

• Handle inbound calls from homeowners who are curious about pool covers: educate, qualify, and schedule free estimates
• Make 30+ outbound follow-up calls daily to warm leads who have already shown interest
• Follow up with prospects after their estimate to answer questions and move them toward a decision
• Manage the estimators' daily schedules with efficient routing and clear communication
• Keep accurate, detailed notes in Zoho CRM for every customer interaction
• Respond promptly to calls, texts, and emails from leads and existing customers
• Support marketing projects and campaigns
• Pitch in with the install and service team on occasion

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role such as phone sales, call center, retail, home services, or similar
• Comfortable making outbound calls; this is a real part of the job and you don't shy away from it
• Experience using a CRM to track and manage customer information
• Clear, warm communicator who treats people the way you'd want to be treated as a customer
• Reliable and detail-oriented; customers trust us to keep their pool safe, and that starts with you
• Must be able to commute to and work in-office near Deer Valley Airport

How to stand out:

• Can solve problems creatively without waiting to be told exactly what to do
• Have experience with or interest in social media content creation
• Have worked in a small company before and understand what it means to wear multiple hats

Compensation & Schedule:

This is a full-time, hourly position. Hours are standard Monday through Friday. During summer months, there is flexibility for a reduced or partial work-from-home schedule. Compensation is competitive and discussed during the interview process.
