Backed by Y Combinator and a range of investors, Nabis is rapidly expanding across the U.S. Role Overview The CX Associate will support Nabis’ California market, working with brands and retail partners under California State Department of Cannabis Control regulations. The primary role is to act as an extension of the Nabis operation, aligning the goals of brands and retail partners with day‑to‑day operations. Responsibilities Provide white‑glove support to internal and external partners such as brands and retailers. Support customer experience managers with ad‑hoc projects. Assist Operations Managers. Execute inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats. Monitor communications to keep other departments informed and responsive. Qualifications Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work/customer service experience. Ability to work occasional evening or weekend shifts. Strong and timely communication across platforms (phone, Zendesk, Slack) with correct grammar, spelling and tone. Basic knowledge of payments and collections, including cash‑on‑delivery processes and invoice reconciliation. Keen awareness and situational judgment – able to read partner needs, prioritize urgent issues and respond with urgency. Willingness to learn new software and platforms. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects. California cannabis industry experience and familiarity with the Department of Cannabis Control regulations is a plus. Spanish‑English bilingualism is a plus. Benefits Competitive pay of $19–$23 per hour, paid weekly. Medical, dental and vision coverage offered to all full‑time employees.
