D3 Search is seeking an Associate Attorney ~ Public Law on behalf of a prominent CA-based regional law practice with a growing office situated in Sacramento, CA (95816). Associate Attorney ~ Public Law Note: Law practice (employer) requires 2+ yrs. relevant PUBLIC LAW expertise/experience. Employment Status: Full-time/direct-hire employment. Exempt role. Employer Work Model: Our client, a respected California-based regional law practice with a growing office in Sacramento, CA (95816) invites Associate Attorney candidates with 2+ years of PUBLIC LAW experience to apply for a position representing public agencies in the firm's high respected Public Law Department. Significant expertise in handling Land Use and CEQA matters and the ability to take the lead on complex land use projects is highly preferred. Real Estate and other transactional expertise also will be considered favorably. A successful candidate is expected to be able to advise City Councils, Planning Commissions, or other governing boards at public meetings. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, California Bar membership, superior research and writing skills and a commitment to professional excellence. A JD degree is required. Note: Candidate must be active and in good standing with the CA State Bar. The salary range is up to 195K (calculated by JD class year) plus a comprehensive health benefits package, generous PTO, 401K, paid parking onsite, annual reviews/bonuses, etc. This CA-based law practice offers a reasonable and realistic billable hours target of 1850 hrs. annually.
