As an Associate Attorney at JSL, you will participate in all phases of civil litigation and work closely with experienced attorneys on a diverse range of matters. This position offers significant client contact and courtroom exposure, along with the opportunity to develop strong litigation and trial skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Handling administrative complaints and agency proceedings;
Analyzing claims and developing litigation strategy;
Researching and addressing complex legal issues;
Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda;
Writing and arguing substantive law and motion, including dispositive motions;
Working directly with clients, experts, and witnesses throughout the litigation process.
We are seeking attorneys with 2–6 years of litigation experience who possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
