The position offers a structured schedule of Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, with no weekend or on-call duties required. Preferred candidates should be willing to work five days a week, although four-day options may be considered. Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide quality rehabilitation services to outpatient clients, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and protocols. \n Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages and diagnoses. \n Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including cupping, dry needling, and blood flow restriction therapy, among other options. \n Support the rehabilitation needs for a local nursing home and assisted living facility, as well as home health clients in the community. \n Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with rehabilitation practices. \n Qualifications\n \n Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Colorado is required. \n Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. \n Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation is necessary. \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. \n Work Environment\n This position is located in a small rural community, approximately three hours from larger cities.
