The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.### Responsibilities* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text* Assist customers with inquiries regarding their insurance policies, coverage options, claims process, billing issues, and policy renewals.* Provide accurate and comprehensive information about various insurance products and services.* Update and maintain customer records accurately in the company’s database.* Work closely with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other departments to ensure seamless service to customers.* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.### Experience* Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written* Previous experience in the Insurance Industry or customer service* Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively* Current active Maryland P&C LicensePhysical Requirements:* Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer for most of the workday.* Occasional lifting of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.Salary and Benefits:* Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.* Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.* Goal / Sales BonusesJoining our team as a Customer Service Representative offers the opportunity to enhance your communication skills, work in a dynamic environment, and contribute to the success of our customers.
