Relationship Banker

Position Overview Bank of America is seeking a client service associate to engage guests in the lobby, educate and assist with transactions via mobile, online banking or ATMs. Candidates will train at a financial center and may relocate within a reasonable commuting distance. Responsibilities Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience. Manage cash responsibilities. Required Qualifications Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and focus on results. Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client. Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions. One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (business management, administration, finance). Bilingual Skills in Spanish (written and verbal). Skills Adaptability. Business Acumen.
