The Director Hospital Payer Relations will work closely with organizational and executive stakeholders to lead payer negotiations, evaluate reimbursement methodologies, monitor contract performance, assess financial impact, support renewal strategy, and identify opportunities to improve payment integrity. Day-to-day priorities may include interpreting complex agreement language, coordinating contract implementation, developing negotiation positions, tracking key performance indicators, addressing payer issues, and aligning managed care strategy with broader organizational goals.
