Full-Time Barn Employee Wanted

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily care and management of horses

• Feeding, watering, and stall cleaning

• Turning horses in and out

• Grooming and general horse care

• Blanketing and routine horse care

• Keeping stalls, barns, paddocks, and equipment clean and organized

• Assisting with preparation of horses for lessons, training, and competitions

• Helping maintain a high standard of care for competition and sale horses

• General barn and farm duties as needed

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

• Experienced and confident handling horses

• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized barn

• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work

• Interested in learning and growing within a professional dressage and eventing program

• Available for a full-time position, including weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule

Previous professional barn experience is strongly preferred. Experience with dressage, competition horses, or young horses is a plus.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work hands-on with quality horses in a professional training, sales, and competition environment and become part of the Kalie Beckers Dressage team. The KBD team includes experienced professionals involved in training, producing young and sale horses, and preparing horses for competition.
