Senior Data Analyst

• Participate in and execute on the Department’s Regulatory Reporting Quality Assurance (RRQA) program • Monitor and analyze guidance/ instructions issued by the Fed • Tracking and following up on data issues identified through testing until remediation/completion • Participate in the assessment of critical data fields • Participate in and execute on the Department’s data quality rule process • Assist in the expansion of the data quality rule process to other regulatory reporting • Assist with the design of other projects as applicable and occasionally lead projects of moderate scope • May be required to make presentations to immediate managers or peers • Provide cross training/support to team members • Participate in training and development opportunities across Finance • Understand and adhere to department timelines and deliverables • Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards Requirements Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience OR Associate’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting, auditing, operations, or financial institutions Comprehensive understanding of finance, accounting, and/or regulatory reporting concepts, business operations, and bank products; knowledge of the banking industry High level of PC proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access; data visualization or data querying applications are a plus) Detail-oriented with advanced problem-solving skills Experience with regulatory reporting and interpretation of regulatory standards Experience with transaction testing, conformance testing or audit/QA programs Familiarity with data governance concepts (CDEs, Lineage, Controls, Data Quality) ATS Optimization Keywords Below are skills and terms extracted directly from this job posting to improve Applicant Tracking System (ATS) visibility.
