Sawmill Production Associate (High School Graduate), Preston, Georgia Interfor is seeking recent High School Graduates who are motivated, team-oriented, and safety-conscious to join our team as a Sawmill Production Associate in Preston, GA. This is a hands‑on experience for individuals interested in lumber manufacturing to gain real‑world experience in a sawmill environment while working as part of an operations team. The starting rate for this position is $16.00 per hour. What You’ll Do Complete clean‑up and ground maintenance of assigned area. Assist with keeping a steady flow of lumber throughout the mill. Observe and learn basic sawmill processes and safety practices. What You Offer High School Diploma. Able and willing to work in varying seasonal climate conditions. Demonstrated commitment to safety.
