No previous appointment-setting experience is required—we're looking for coachable individuals with a great attitude and a desire to succeed.
About the Role
As an Entry Level Appointment Setter , you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners, introducing them to the advantages of solar energy and scheduling qualified appointments for our experienced sales team.
This is a field-based, face-to-face sales role where you'll build relationships within the community, educate homeowners about solar solutions, and help create opportunities for our sales professionals. Your communication skills and enthusiasm will play a key role in the success of our team.
What You'll Do
Connect with Homeowners: Engage with homeowners in their neighborhoods and introduce them to Radiant Energy and Solar's renewable energy solutions.
Generate Interest: Clearly explain the benefits of solar energy and answer initial customer questions.
Build Relationships: Create positive first impressions and establish trust through professional, friendly conversations.
Qualify Prospects: Listen carefully to customer needs and determine whether they're a good fit for our services.
Schedule Appointments: Set qualified appointments for our experienced sales closers.
Stay Organized: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and scheduled appointments.
Achieve Goals: Consistently work toward daily and weekly activity and appointment-setting goals while collaborating with your team.

Compensation
We offer a competitive base salary plus commission , providing excellent earning potential. Successful Appointment Setters typically earn between $50,000 and $150,000 annually , based on performance.
