Job Description As a Security Officer - Warehouse Protection in Litchfield Park, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control and screening activities. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.39 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision. Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs in accordance with site-specific requirements. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. X-Ray screening experience is preferred. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
