Product Line Manager II – Global Apparel (Men’s & Women’s Team Sports) About The Role We’re seeking a Product Line Manager II to join a dynamic Global Apparel team focused on performance and team sports. In this role, you will lead the creation and execution of product lines that serve athletes across multiple levels — from youth to collegiate competition. This is a highly cross‑functional role where you’ll partner with design, development, merchandising, and planning teams to bring innovative, athlete‑informed apparel to market. You’ll play a key role in shaping product strategy, managing line plans, and ensuring successful delivery across seasons. What You’ll Do Lead product line planning across multiple categories, managing a high volume of styles across men’s and women’s assortments Drive the product creation process from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with consumer insights and marketplace needs Partner cross‑functionally with design, technical development, merchandising, and planning to deliver cohesive product lines Translate athlete and consumer insights into actionable product briefs and line strategies Manage product data, line plans, and documentation within product management systems Oversee prototypes, samples, and wear‑testing processes to ensure product quality and performance Monitor marketplace trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions Ensure product readiness, including margin alignment, seasonal flow, and delivery timelines What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3–5 years of experience in apparel product management, merchandising, or product creation Strong understanding of the apparel product lifecycle and line planning processes Experience working with textiles, trims, and garment construction Demonstrated business acumen, including understanding of margins, assortment planning, and marketplace dynamics Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple products and timelines Nice to Have Experience in sportswear, performance apparel, or team‑based product lines Exposure to global product launches or multi‑market assortments Familiarity with product line management or merchandising systems (any platform) Experience working with athlete insights, sports marketing teams, or external partners Who You Are Passionate about apparel and sport, with a strong eye for product and style A collaborative leader who builds strong relationships across teams Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of accountability A proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment A clear communicator who can align stakeholders and present product direction effectively This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building innovative apparel products that serve athletes and teams around the world, while growing your career within a collaborative and forward‑thinking environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aquent
