Join a dynamic healthcare team in Klamath Falls, Oregon, as a Hospital Pharmacist on a 13-week travel assignment. Work across outpatient and retail pharmacy settings including on-campus outpatient pharmacy, grocery store pharmacy, and drive-through locations. This travel pharmacist role is ideal for licensed pharmacists seeking Oregon pharmacy jobs, outpatient pharmacist positions, or retail pharmacist experience in a community-focused environment.

Job Details

Location: Klamath Falls, OR 97601 (Oregon pharmacy job)
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (with potential to extend)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: 10-hour days - Mon-Fri 7:45am-7:15pm; Sat 8:00am-5:15pm
Estimated Weekly Pay: $3050-$3280
Employment Type: Travel Pharmacist, On-site
Care Setting: Outpatient Pharmacy / Retail Pharmacy
Charting System: EPIC (preferred experience)

Job Requirements / Qualifications

Active Pharmacist license in Oregon (licensed pharmacist)
BLS Certification required
Minimum 1 year pharmacist experience in a hospital, outpatient, or retail pharmacy setting
Ability to float between multiple pharmacy locations as needed (flexible travel pharmacist)
Familiarity with EPIC or similar electronic health record/charting systems preferred

Key Responsibilities

Provide pharmaceutical care, medication dispensing, and accurate prescription processing across outpatient and retail settings
Perform medication counseling and patient education to optimize medication adherence and outcomes
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure safe medication use
Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and institutional policies
Float to various pharmacy locations (on-campus outpatient, grocery store pharmacy, drive-through) based on coverage needs
Document interventions and patient interactions using EPIC or the facility charting system
