Responsibilities include managing inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate dispensing of medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and utilizing pharmacy systems such as EPIC and Pyxis to support patient care.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Oregon pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience
