We are working with a leading international law firm that is looking to add a talented Corporate Transactions Senior Associate to its Healthcare Corporate team in either Atlanta or Chicago.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded transactional practice advising healthcare clients on sophisticated corporate matters. The team handles a broad range of transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions.

They are seeking a strong transactional lawyer with 3–7 years PQE and meaningful M&A experience gained at a leading law firm. The successful candidate will combine strong technical ability with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in developing a healthcare-focused transactional practice.

Typical duties for the role will include:

• Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic corporate transactions.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents and ancillary agreements.
• Managing due diligence processes and coordinating transaction workstreams.
• Working closely with partners and clients on complex domestic and cross-border matters.
• Collaborating with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver commercial and practical legal advice.

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified attorney with 3–7 years of relevant transactional experience.
• Strong M&A experience gained within a leading law firm environment.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Outstanding drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A commercial and pragmatic approach to complex transactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
