Law Firm Associate or Of Counsel Attorney (Commercial Transactions)

Latitude is seeking an attorney with 3‑10 years of experience in commercial contracting in energy, construction and/or heavy industry to join our Midtown‑based client. Basic Requirements 3+ years of law firm experience with an Am Law, leading regional or boutique firm Demonstrated experience in commercial construction transactions and/or commercial contracting for power, energy and/or industrial clients Experience drafting, reviewing, red‑lining and negotiating agreements and managing RFP processes Excellent academic credentials from an ABA‑accredited law school Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Licensed to practice law in Georgia Position Details Type of role: Attorney (Associate or Counsel) Schedule: Full‑time Location: Atlanta, GA Compensation and Benefits Pay: Competitive pay, based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
