The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on multifamily real estate acquisition, development, and finance. Responsibilities Handle multifamily real estate acquisition and development transactions. Manage finance-related legal matters for affordable housing projects. Engage in joint venture equity and LIHTC transactions. Collaborate with senior partners on client transitions. Requirements 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate law. Expertise in multifamily real estate acquisition, development, and finance. Experience in joint venture equity and LIHTC transactions preferred. Law firm experience preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia. Skills Strong transactional expertise. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
